- White-Color-Varnish One pass Printing

Merak C180 adopts a unique printing control algorithm to have one pass printing for white, color and varnish. Printing and curing are finished at the same time.

    Up to 7 movement shafts (servo/motion) are used to easily complete the feeding, printing, delivery, cleaning, feeding

    - Inkjet head protection mechanism

    Adopting four kinds of protection mechanisms including mechanical anti-collision mechanism, correlation anti-collision

    mechanism, material detection mechanism, and LED-UV leakage detection mechanism, so as to protect the inkjet head 

    from damage, greatly improve the life of the inkjet head and simplify the operation.

    Equipped with stand-by function, the machine can keep the nozzle cleaning parts working under the normal shutdown
